The core shaft

尺寸范圍：直徑10-120MM/長(cháng)度500-9000MM

材料：正常情況下選用40CrNiMo，經(jīng)過(guò)特殊處理，采用漸開(kāi)線(xiàn)形式，在扭矩，扭力，負荷的情況下，可以采用具有良好任性和機械性能的WR15E和WR30材料，其性能參數與進(jìn)口芯軸等同，但性?xún)r(jià)比遠于進(jìn)口類(lèi)產(chǎn)品。在加工過(guò)程中嚴格控制度，保證芯軸的加工尺寸。

Material;

(1) 40CrNiMo with special treatment and involute form can be used cicumstances of high torque, high torsion and high load.

(2) And nitrogen bearing Martensite stainless steel,WR15EandWR30 can aiso be spplide to make good toughness and machine performance available.The performance similar to the imported shaft but with more cost efficient,the machining process is under accurate controlling to make sure the accurscy of groove depth and distance,the smoothness of the surface,toughness and durability as well.

Rally?WR15E是一種強度合金工具鋼。其性能特點(diǎn)如下：

-優(yōu)良的機械強度，韌性和剛性；

-優(yōu)良的抗熱疲勞；抗沖擊性能；

-良好的溫強度；

 

-各項性能等向性的特點(diǎn)：

良好的機械加工和拋光性能；

-優(yōu)良的淬透性；

-熱處理過(guò)程中良好的尺寸穩定性。

 

Rally?WR15E is a chromium-molybedenum-vanadium-alloyed steel

Which is characterized by;

-Excellent tensile strength combined with good toughness

-High themal stability,high tesistant to thermal shocks

-Good high-temperature strength

-Good machinability and polishablility

-Excellent through-hardenjing properties

-Good dimensional stability during hardening

 

40CrNiMo是合金鋼中的一種，也稱(chēng)合金鋼：

-它是在碳素結構鋼的基礎上，適當地加入一種或數種合金元素（總含量不超過(guò)5%）而制成的鋼種。

-淬火850度，冷卻劑-水.油；

-回火溫度600度，冷卻劑-水.油；

-鋼材退火或溫回火供應狀態(tài)布氏硬度GBW小于等于號269；
